LJ Hooker Shellharbour

We could not be any happier with the service, the staff and the price we got for our home. Martin is an exceptional agent. Nothing phases him and he remains positive and hard working until he attains the best result for his clients. Teamed with David, they worked tirelessly and conducted many open homes for us. We lost our first sale but that didn’t deter them. They pressed on and got an even better price. LJ Hooker is a true force in RealEstate but it’s the people behind the brand that are truly amazing. LJ Hooker you’re the best!

I've had many experiences dealing with real estates over the years. Friendly staff and very attentive. Thanks for all your property management assistance since taking over my property. You girls deliver results to the best of your ability and make this easy.

Thank you Martin Merritt and staff from LJ Hooker Wollongong office for outstanding service in sell our late brothers home in Oak Flats NSW. We would strongly recommend them in selling your home. Frank Galka, Gary Galka and Ursula Baker.

All I can say is Martin and Michael were beyond amazing in everything they did for me. They sold my house in Tullimbar during a difficult time in the market and went above and beyond for me. They are now helping me with the purchase of my new house in St Georges Basin and making that process just as easy. Both guys were super professional, super friendly and even helped me move some of my furniture for my house photoshoot. I couldn't recommend them more.

We had such a positive experience with LJ Hooker Shellharbour, especially thanks to Kerry and Martin. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. Kerry impressed us with her knowledge of the local market and her clear, honest communication. She kept us updated at every step and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Her friendly and supportive approach made us feel confident and comfortable throughout. Martin was equally outstanding, combining professionalism with a personal touch. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently, and his calm, reassuring manner really stood out during what can often be a stressful process. If you’re looking for agents who are reliable, personable, and absolutely committed to achieving the best outcome, I couldn’t recommend Kerry, Martin, and the LJ Hooker Shellharbour team highly enough.
