Le Nails Day Spa and Beauty Warrawong

I went into the salon this afternoon and I was not disappointed! I had Cindy do my nails and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated the care, time, and effort she put into making sure everything was perfect. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My nails turned out even better than I had imagined, and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. The salon itself was welcoming and had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Cindy, for such beautiful nails and excellent service!

Left bleeding! Got my nails done , builder gel with tips, simple pink french tips nails set. I agree i arrived an hour and half before closing but she said she could do it in time which is why i sat down to get my nails done. The owner did my nails but was extremely rough when she was at it. Filed my nails down to my skin, leaving my nail bed feeling raw, cut my skin multiple times until i was left bleeding on at least 4 fingers. She kept asking for inspo pics, to which i said i only needed a simple almond pink french tips. Regardless, i quickly searched up a french tip photo online and showed her, she said can do it. All my nails are wonky, different sizes, fanning out ( did not place tips correctly) and bleeding/in pain. When asked to correct something in between steps, she would get mad. I told her my nails were too thick to the point they felt heavy and uncomfortable, that i was in pain when she was filing my nail bed and that i wasn’t getting what I wanted but all i received in response was ‘ i am a difficult client’ apparently we aren’t allowed to ask for what we need or ask questions in this shop. The other workers are absolutely amazing but the owner keeps giving excuses for poor service. I didn’t expect a discount but the least I would ask for is for them to fix their mistake later (since they were about to close). The owner outright refused to fix her mistake instead suggested a lousy offer of a $10 discount and for me to borrow her nail paint bottle to take it to another nail tech to fix the issue she created. This is after her admitting she filed my nails way too much causing the bleeding, the exposed nail bed and the wonky shape. Good luck to her but never using or recommending their services to anyone ever again.

I absolutely loved my experience today 💅✨ The service was fast, clean, and extremely professional 👌 Nancy did an amazing job — she was so careful, detailed, and really talented 💖 You can tell she truly cares about her work! Definitely not my last visit 🔥 Highly recommend!

My daughter had her nails done by Cindy and her team, and the experience was fantastic. They did a beautiful job and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Even though the salon was extremely busy, they still fitted her in and took great care to ensure her nails looked perfect. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the result. Highly recommend.
